Approaching the house, the amount of shade from palapas and exotic plants is a distinctly attractive feature of the lot. All the foliage and paths are contained by natural stone borders, so the foliage is well-manicured.
A bright rectangle pattern frames the home’s windows, giving its white facade a pleasant character. Up, on the second floor, you can see deep, shaded balconies that promise restful spaces with views of this tranquil garden space. Above that, is the third level with a palapa-shaded terrace rising above it all.
Entering the house, the solid wooden doors hint at premium construction materials. The space is open, with a bar for entertaining guests, two doors and a tiled staircase leading up. There are two more bedrooms on the second floor. The 5 bedrooms are large and contain mini-split A/C units for comfort. On the third floor is an artist’s loft with kitchenette. That room opens onto the roof patio that proves to be both a spacious and intimate retreat in the sky.
